Question: Can anyone recommend good Home Staging courses?

Answer: I have taken a few Home Staging courses. It depends on where you are. I have a suggestions that may sound strange, but I found that you can get pretty good at Home Staging by reading books, catalogs and magazines. I use pictures in catalogs, for different rooms and decors. You stage each room of your home like they do in catalogs or magazines to sell their furniture. But keep spacious.

There are also many books that will help you learn how to stage your home especially on a budget. Most of the time, you don't need to spend much money to do an effective staging job.    Read the rest of this entry »

Question: haverhill staging any thoughts?

Hey I am looking into doing online Home Staging. I have narrowed it down to a few. I am wondering if anyone here has been hired by haverhill...or has completed their staging course?? can you let me know if there are any other Home Staging course you like too? that are available in canada!

Answer: My thoughts are to spend the extra money on the Ann Maurice in-conference course and buy lots of books. In-class courses are best.
