Question: How will be Real Estate market in the coming days?

All the Banks and Financial Institutions are not encouraging lending against RE. The credit policy of RBI also do the same except for the Home Loan. The input costs also climbing northwards not found in the past decades. At this stage I hope there can not be much demand for Real Estate. When this being the trend ,do you think there will be good demand for RE. If yes, then the demand will be at all areas or only in the tier II cities.

Answer: population is in the constant growing trend only in India.

population 1900 & 2000 is almost 3 fold increase. the joint family system is slowly eroding and so the demand will definitely be there always.

only because of policies of govt there is fluctuation, due to the cost of property is beyond the reach of middle class.

demand will be more in places where thre is better infrastructure and places close to industrial/business growth

input cost should be controlled only by govt as it is essential sector.

Question: Hannah Montana?

I really like Hannah Montana and i don't know why. I had this great idea for an episode and it goes like this.
sooo..hannah's rocking it out on the big stage and has a great concert. she leaves and is surrounded by the press who keep saying to her "How do feel about Anna Atlanta?", or "Do you know who Anna Atlana is?" Of course, Miley has no idea who this girl is. So, she goes home and turns on the TV and it turns out Anna Atlanta is total spoof of hannah. she sings songs like hers and has the same color hair and dressing style. SO anyways, fans love Anna Atlanta. One week later, Hannah has another concert, consequintly the sam day as Anna Atlanta's. No one shows up to the concert except lily, Oliver, and Jackson(w./ his girlfriend, who in turn dumps him cuz she wanted to go to a real concert!) Now, miley is POed. So, hannah talks to Anna and tells her to be herself. Anna really looks up to Hannah and decides to quit her act. Miley finds her advice ironic. How do u like the idea??

Answer: i think i has real potental, you should try to get your idea out there. it would add real spice to the show if miley is contomplating on showing the world she is hannah montana. if you cant get your idea on the tv screen def write a fan fiction
