Our bodies house our organs, our minds and our souls. Isn't it then necessary that at some stage, we need a spring clear? We need to update, overhaul?

If not the newest furniture, gadgets and the seasons paint colours, what is it that we should adorn the self with?

If it is important to beautify our exterior and our surroundings, then isn't it too important to beautiful our interior, the home of our soul?
