Home Staging Syracuse Ny

Question: Anyone have knowledge of Home Staging or home redesign in upstate NY?
I am very interested in this new field. I'm seeking thoughts on the outlook on Home Staging or redesign business in the Syracuse, Rochester or Western, NY areas at this time. It's certainly taken hold on the west coast and southern regions but will the northeast catch on?
Answer: I think it will eventualy catch on as housing prices increase over the years. At this time few sellers in upstate NY can afford to pay the $1,500-$2,500 for staging and rental of the furniture, etc. for about 2-3 months time. OK on the westcoast because home prices are 3 times higher and homes sell faster.
On the other hand, if you can operate on a lower profit margin to start out, it might be a hell of a business with no competition breathing down your neck.
Home Staging Facts

Question: I hardly ever go out. Why does my mother act really irritated/peed off when I come home from a night out?
She is visibly pissed off? I am 21 and this kind of reaction really makes me not want to go out. Even if I am home at 9.00 at night she acts like she irritated about the fact especially if I do not tell her where I am going which at this stage I have a right to some privacy I think. When I do go out she is very insinuating and wants all in my business to a point where I feel like I can't have my own life and everything. It depresses me because I have no friends because of this persistent pattern for years whereby my parents over protect me but at the same time at home I experience negativity from them; ridicule, put downs, being ignored. I am moving out once I get my degree. I am dependent at the minute.
What does it mean when she acts like disgusted, annoyed when I come home on the rare occasion I do go out? Is it a control tactic?
Answer: She's showing insecurities.
When you're on your own, and can support yourself, that will go away.
Mothers are like that. You'll understand when you have girls of your own.
I was not like that because I have boys, but if I have DDs, I'm sure I'd be acting the same way.
