Question: Just looking for rough full dormer costs - to get an idea of what to expect.?
We have a ranch in Dennis MA and are just in the 'thinking' stages of maybe adding a full dormer on the back of our ranch home. For now just looking for a simple layout, 1 master bedroom, 1 large full bath and 1 common area room. House is around I believe 45' - 48' long. Maybe other options if this option is with in our budget. Just looking for example of $20-$30K or $50-$65K for now ... Thank You!
Answer: Not possible. Way too many variables, not to mention if it's even structurally sound enough to bear the weight
