Question: How do you set up staging for homes in a slooooow market? Seminar places cost money.?

I am a licensed Realtor too. But this market is sooooo sloooow, that's why I'm looking to make extra cash.
I am in St. Louis, MO.

Answer: Go to a local hotel and ask to book space. It should cost maybe $100 for the evening which you can make back with the sellers who come to the seminar. Have your Seminar be free to your sellers, but sell printed materials and you will have extra money at the end of the night.
