Question: Anyone know how to home stage?
We have our house for sale. Our guest bedroom is kind of small and I have a treadmill, double size bed and dresser. The bed makes it look real small. Some people tell me to keep the bed so buyers know it's a second bedroom. I saw on tv to have as little furniture as you can so buyers can visualize their stuff in there. I say to take the bed out but am I doing the right thing?
Answer: Either that, or remove the dresser and treadmill. That should make the room feel larger and it still says, "bedroom". Also, if you have a family member of friend who will swap your queen bed for a twin (just for now to sale the house) it will help greatly!
