Question: I need some advice for job searching?
I am re-entering the job field after 5 years of staying home. I had some college years back but never finished my degree. I am able at this time to type 52 wpm and have some computer skills. I have been applying for clerical and customer service positions and have not received any interview as to date. Can anyone give me any advice on how to better myself at this late stage in finding employment again. Thanks
Answer: best thing is to go to a temporary service. they will evaluat your skills and it is easier to get a job that is a temp to permanent hire position. companies work with the staffing agencies so it will be easier for u to get a job with you being off for so long. good luck.
