Question: Question about divorce law and property ownership? (uk)?

If a man was about to divorce his wife, says he is seperated but still stays at the marital home because they have a young son... would he buy a new second house at this stage? Or if he did, would she be entitled to this second house too in the impending divorce procedure? In uk

His name alone is on the deeds for the marital home (he owned it before she moved in and got married) and now this second home is in his name only.

Im asking about how he would stand in the law with the rights to the house.... the marital home and the newly acquired home.

Answer: if ask me he isnt planning to divorce the wife otherwise he wouldnt still live at home with her, he would moved out long go and not use his son as an excuse in such a way!

if did however divorce, then both houses will be brought into the courts, nothin to do with who name on the deeds, she lived there in the 1st home, she gave time and work by been housewife and by paying no doubt towards the payments and bills. all this will come into play aswel as no court will make single mum homeless with no where to live with the son.

so there u have it, the wife gets stick around in the house either till its sold and wife givin enough to buy another home or till child reachs 18yrs or till finish college, and then house sold off. but as said no hubby buy 2nd home in middle divorce and remian still living there!

Question: What other websites can I post a wanted ad?

I am looking for people near Houston Texas that I can stage their home for free. So what other sites can I use to post my ad.
I have already used craigslist... Do you have any other suggestions....

Answer: You can use yahoo groups in your area .. there should be a cafe group for that..

You can use freecycle.org.. and people will love you on there...

You can do backpage.com if that is in your area...

Craigslist of course...

If it is free in Connecticut any paper would list it for free... so check into your local papers... and even the free local publications!

Oh and of course if you have a myspace they have listings now... and you can just do a blog and a pass it on bulletin...
