Question: problems with sony sonic stage software?
I have a new sony mp3 player and i am trying to use the supplied software to transfer music from my sony sonic stage music library to the mp3 player.but once i open the sonic stage program as soon as i connect the mp3 player the program stops working and windows closes the program.i am using vista home basic , this is geting annoying and is there any other programs i can use instead of sonic stage to get the music onto my mp3 player..thanks
also the mp3 player shows up with windows media player and i can transfer music onto the player but no music is showing up in the mp3 player
Answer: I'm having problems with mine too.
With me it keeps telling me that there is no device connected.
I use Vista as well and didn't have this problem when i used XP.
I don't know what the problem is............... maybe we should try and contact sony and see if they have an update.
OH nearly forgot.................... you can use windows media player to tranfer your music.
