Home Staging Washington Dc

Question: This rapper Akorn, EX CONVICT, why do white kids find that so cool, and buy his music?
White suburban kids buy the music, white executives pay the rappers, rappers get their homeboys to buy drugs, rappers smoke said drugs on stage, white kids that had their parents buy tickets think its cool, go home, want to do drugs, etc. WHITE KIDS, STOP SUPPORTING THE BLACKS, THEY ARE A CANCER ON SOCIETY, THEY RUIN EVERYTHING, LOOK AT DETROIT. LOOK AT SOUTH CENTRAL LA, LOOK AT WASHINGTON DC, LOOK AT AFRICA. The only way these people make money is off of whitey, open up your eyes, and help save your country.
Anthony, you are an unemployed idiot
Answer: Your original question is a good one. I don't understand why white kids find rap done by ex-convicts cool either.
However, after reading the REST of your statement, I have one simple question for you. Do you wear a white hood and garment when you go out and burn crosses on people's lawns? You sure sound like a card-carrying member of the 3K club.
I'm white, and here's my take:
Blacks are not a cancer on society. But I believe rap is a cancer on society. Even prominent black people (I'm talking about Rev. Sharpton, I'm talking about Rev. Jackson, I'm talking about the NAACP) do NOT care for rap as it currently exists. The reason? The gratuitous use of the n-word, the word "ho", the word "bitches", etc. in rap "lyrics" and the lifestyles of these rappers (to the point where there have been incidents of rappers being shot dead by posses of other rappers) have created an image that black people are violent, uncivilized criminals (obviously, YOU subscribe to that image based on your commentary).
Unfortunately, this image of black people, and the resulting paranoia among white people because of this image, has led to tragic consequences. Do the names Sean Bell and Amadou Diallo mean anything to you? Both were shot 50+ times by white police officers because of their "crime"--being black.
How anybody can support rap, a cultural phenomenon which has managed to undo years of progress in the area of race relations, is unconscionable. These rappers have the blood of Amadou Diallo and Sean Bell on their hands. I hope they can sleep at night.
