Blue
Blue represents wisdom, trust, and peace. This calming hue can increase productivity such as reading, comprehension and physical ability. Yet blue is a natural appetite suppressant. Consider blue when doing Real Estate Staging.
Purple
Purple is the color most associated with royalty. At its lightest form, purple is quiet and meditative. The light form of purple is lavender. Darker purples such as eggplant are more sophisticated. However, when staging homes in an English or European styles, you may want to avoid using purples.
Neutrals
Neutral colors are colors such as hues, beige, taupe, brown, white, gray and black. Neutral colors have the ability to temper bold hues, providing a sense of balance in a space.
When choosing a color in Real Estate Staging or to decorating a home, it is important to choose the right colors. Knowing effects of color on mood will help Home Staging professionals and interior designers add elegance and warmth to the home.
