Question: What colour should I use over bright red hair to make it a medium brown?
I want it a medium brown/copper colour, it's currently a faded red with orangey and pink patches and before it was bleached to a pale yellow stage, I want to do it at home, what colours should I look for? thanks
Answer: I went for a dark chocolate brown, it takes 2-4 washes for the brown to slightly fade, that letting the red underneath shine through so that it gives your hair a coppery/brown look :]
The hair dye was Dark Chocolate Brown by L'oreal.
