Question: I know this is a controversial subject and some people don't agree with this, but could you advise me?

For a long time, I have had romantic feelings towards my mother. I am pretty sure she feels the same way. I am 18 and she is 41. We talk about everything together. I feel she knows me better than she knows herself. and vice versa. We care so much for each other and I think she looks at me in the same way as I do. I think about her all the time.

Answer: is she ur real birth mother...or ur step mother...cause i dont see how u could feel that way for ur real mom but anyways...im not judging. definatly just do it from at home. reply back and tell me what you did....i find this very intresting.

Question: Nursing Home Trust Fund in Arizona?

My sister is needing nursing home care now since the state deemed over eligibility guidelines for social services home care. Before she can enter the nursing home, she is told it is required she establish a trust fund to the home. My sister is in the end-life stages from cancer; took early retirement and disability. My question is, since she is about $5k over the eligible income guideline, how much of the retirement funds will be turned over to the nursing home? I think SSI funds will all be taken by the home as well.

Answer: That doesn't sound right to me. Nursing homes usually use the SS funds to pay for the room. She should spend the 5K and then enter the home. A nursing home can't make you sign a guarantee for payment before she is entered. Check out the SS website. There are certain laws that pertain to nursing home and alot of nursing home are every ready to make you sign stuff. Know your rights honey and good luck.
