Question: My husband has bi polar and went thru a stage of the manic and I had to put him out of the home for his bizzar
behavior. He's been gone 4 months, but calls every night. Lately he has been showing up in my driveway at 2 in the morning waiting for me to come home Fridays my only night out.
I go with my daughter to a club and have been faithful though have met alot of people.
On the other hand..... He has been bringing things back home saying he has no where to keep them.
Ifound out my mother in law put him up with another girl renting them an apartment.
He claims it's because he was off his medication and made some bad choices. He says he loves me and sorry for all the damage he has done. He wants to come back home. He had an affair he claims only two or three times and only using his hands. Do I believe him?
Prior to finding this out he claimed she was only a business partner. (I found out by listening to his messages " How long were you going to keep this a secret....When were you going to tell me your back f***** your ex wife"
What do I do now?
Married 32 yrs.
Answer: Hun Bi Polar is a medical Disorder and if he's gone off his Medication he will make some really bad choices.
My Advice would be to Take him Back Make sure he's On HIs Meds Help him too. He May Not always remember.
I know i am on Medication too. I have a sezuire disorder and my other half helps me a great deal that way cause sometimes i don't remeber and he'll remind me
What did you expect his mother to do just leave him homeless come on. At Least She Made Sure he was Safe.
Talk to his Doctor together. It will Help you understand his disorder better and how you can help him
I'm Sure in 32 years He's Been there for you. Why Turn Your Back on him When he needs you the most
Lets get one thing Straight here You didn't have to put him out You Chose too.
He's Apologizing to you for all the damage he's done. He's Hurting too.
Help Each other out.
I have a disabilty too so i understand what can happen when you go off your Medication .
Or Maybe it's a matter of his doctor May need to Adjust His Medication Dosage either up or Change it Completley
Other than my sezuire disorder i suffer from depression too so i know that you can sometimes make bad choices.
Love him as much as he loves you. I'm sure he knows he'll have to make things up to you but he's reaching out to you
