Home Staging In Chicago

Question: Good Chicago Neighborhood....?
I am in the very early stages of considering buying a condo in Chicago. Right now my search is limited to the internet. I want this as a second home....so it can be small. I want great neighborhood, close to everything. I would like it to be a highrise and have a view.....how much would I have to spend and what neighborhoods should I consider and which ones should I avoid?? I would like to spend no more than 325 to 350...less is better of course.

- this site gives good info on the nice and some affordable condos right in the heart of the city. Recommended site. Just read the descriptions of the different buildings and call them, find out how to get the info.
-3033 N. Sheridan Road (right off the lake nice views)
Jr 1 Bedrooms from $142,900
2 Bedrooms from $209,900
South Loop (not too far south) is a great up and coming and affordable place to live where you can be close to everything. I would stay north of 12th street.
Other nice city neighborhoods:
Edgewater
Gold Coast
Hyde Park
Lakeview
Lincoln Park
Lincoln Square
Roscoe Village
Streeterville
Chicago is great, you will love it!
